FAQs

Is it sturdy? How much weight does it hold?

Yes, it's tested to hold up to 100kg. It's solid, doesn't flex or creak, and once you're sitting on it you'll feel how stable it is. Plenty of our customers' partners use it too.

Will it slip on wet tiles?

No. Each leg has a soft rubber foot that grips the floor, no suction cups to fail, nothing to shift about underfoot. It stays exactly where you put it, wet or dry.

Will it go mouldy?

No. The slatted seat lets water drain straight through, so nothing pools and nothing goes slimy. A quick wipe now and then keeps it looking new, no special cleaning needed.

Is it hard to put together?

Not a bit. It arrives flat with everything labelled and clear instructions. Most people have it together in about ten to fifteen minutes, on their own, with no special tools.

Will it fit my shower?

It's 56cm wide, 32cm deep and 46cm tall - about the size of a small bench. Measure the floor of your shower and you'll know in a moment. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll suit.

What's it made of?

A tough, waterproof, marine-grade plastic (HDPS) that won't rust, won't rot, and won't discolour in a steamy bathroom. Built to last years, not months.

What if it's not right for me?

You've got 30 days. If it doesn't suit your bathroom or you change your mind, send it back for a refund. No fuss.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 2-year warranty. If anything's not right, email us (a real person will answer) and we'll sort it.

Putting it together

It takes about ten minutes, and the only thing you'll need from your own drawer is a Phillips screwdriver - the standard cross-head one. Everything else is in the box. Most people do it on their own at the kitchen bench. Here's all there is to it.

1. Lay everything out

Open the box and you'll find six parts — the seat, the lower shelf, four legs — plus the screws and the rubber feet. Spread them out so you can see what's what. Grab your screwdriver and you're ready.

2. Attach the legs

Turn the seat upside-down and line each leg up with its corner. Pop a screw through the side of each leg and tighten it with the screwdriver. They only go one way, so you can't get it wrong.

3. Slide in the shelf

The lower shelf slots straight into place between the legs. It sits about a third of the way down — you'll feel it settle in.

4. Press on the feet

Push a rubber foot onto the bottom of each leg. A firm press is all it takes. These are what give it such a good grip on wet tiles.

5. Stand it up

Turn it the right way up, give it a gentle wobble to check it's all snug, and you're done. Pop it in the shower and it's ready whenever you are.
