Help does exist. But in the government's August 2026 figures, the average wait from applying to starting Support at Home services was 306 days. Families fill that gap themselves.

Simpliq is for the months in between. We're a small Australian business, and we sell one thing for one room: a sturdy shower stool with a soft seat, so Mum can sit down to shower.

We write for the person who sorts things out. Usually that's a daughter, sometimes a son, often living in a different suburb.
