FAQs

How do I contact you?
Email info@simpliqstore.com. Emily looks after the inbox and answers every email, usually within one business day and always within two. Include your order number if you have one.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia, free.

When will my order arrive?
It ships from stock held in Australia and arrives in 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, you can still return it unused within 30 days of it arriving.

Is there anything to pay when it arrives?
No. The price you see includes GST, and nothing further is owed on delivery: no extra charges, no cash at the door.
If anyone contacts you asking for a payment to release a Simpliq parcel, it isn't from us. Australia Post doesn't ask for money by text either. Send it to us and we'll confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

How do I return something?
Email us within 30 days of it arriving and tell us you'd like to return it. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is at your cost. Changed your mind, or Mum won't give it a go? That's fine too.

What if it arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Email us your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer. You won't be asked to post anything back.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Banks usually take five to ten business days to post it. If it hasn't appeared after that, email us and we'll chase it.

A card was left and my parcel is at the post office.
Take some ID to the address on the card. Parcels are only held for a limited time, and the card will have the exact date, so it's worth collecting within the week.

Can I get an invoice, or claim it through the NDIS or Support at Home?
Yes, email us your order number and we'll send an itemised invoice. If Mum is an NDIS participant, ask her plan manager about low-cost assistive technology. If she has Support at Home, ask her provider about the assistive technology scheme.

Where is the Contour Seat made?
In China. It ships from stock held in Australia.

Who is Simpliq?
Simpliq is a small Australian company, SIMPLIQ PTY LTD, ABN 69 699 053 668, based in NSW. Michael started it to do one thing: make the shower easier. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
