Will it stick to my floor?
It sticks to smooth tiles, shower bases and baths. Suction cups need a smooth surface to grab, so it won't stick to pebble floors, rough non-slip tiles, deep grout lines or little mosaic tiles. Not sure? Email a photo to info@simpliqstore.com and Emily will tell you straight.
Which size do I need?
Measure the flat part of your floor. The 53 x 53 cm mat is for shower floors with a flat area at least 53 cm each way. The 75 x 43 cm mat is for baths and larger showers.
Will it work in my bath?
Yes, on a normal smooth bath, as long as the flat part of the floor is at least 43 cm wide. Baths curve up at the sides, and the mat needs to lie flat to stick.
How do I set it up?
Wipe away soap scum and bath oil, and leave a splash of water on the floor. Lay the mat flat, press down all over so all the suction cups grab, then stand on it before you turn the water on. If a corner lifts, press it down again.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes. Chuck it in with your towels, then pop it on the shower screen or wall to dry.
Will it go mouldy?
Any mat left sitting in water can grow mould. This one is built so water drains through the mesh instead of collecting underneath. Hang it on the shower screen to dry once a week and machine wash it every few weeks. If mould appears within 12 months, we replace it under our Fresh & Firm Replacement Guarantee.
What's it made of? Is it latex-free?
It's made of PVC, not rubber, so there's no natural rubber latex in it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6–10 business days in metro areas, and a few extra days for regional and remote areas, depending on Australia Post. You get tracking by email, sent straight to your door.
